How to cook
Chop the green onions finely. Chop the chicken into coarse pieces and fry it in the oil until whitened.
Add the green onions, white pepper, salt and sugar and saute everything for 5 min.
Add hot water, the chestnuts (which have been boiled and peeled in advance) and saute for 30 min. on low heat. Pour in the wine and saute for another 10 min.
