Ingredients

  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • eggs - 3 yolks
  • mustard - 3 tsp
  • broth - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemons - juice of 1/2 a lemon

Preparation

In a suitable pot on the stove, combine all of the products.

Begin to beat on moderate heat until the sauce thickens.

Thus prepared sauce is perfect for meat and fish.
