  • flour - 1 1/5 cups (280 g)
  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • vanilla
  • walnuts - 1/5 cup (60 g) or almonds
  • eggs - 2 yolks
  • for rolling
  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla sugar


Sift the flour right onto the counter, add the knobs of butter and begin kneading with your hand until you get crumbs.

Add the sugar, flavor with vanilla and then add the ground nuts. Add 2 egg yolks and knead a smooth dough.

From the mixture form sticks the length of your index finger, then twist into scones.
