Ingredients

  • potatoes - 16 oz (450 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • butter - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • oil - for frying
  • salt
  • mixture for rolling
  • milk - 2 tbsp
  • eggs - 1
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs

How to cook

Boil the peeled potatoes until softened in salted water. Drain and mash them, add the egg, butter, flour and salt.

Stir well while the mixture is still hot.

Shape small croquettes, roll them in flour that has been beaten with the milk, egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry the croquettes in heated oil.
