Preparation

Wash the lentils and put them to boil with the chopped leeks and onions. Once softened, strain it and mash it.

Heat the oil and braise some more onions, add the paprika. Add this to the lentils, with the garlic cloves, dried peppers, tomatoes - all finely chopped and then season with savory and salt if needed.

Dilute with water as needed and let it boil. Add some vinegar to taste at the end.
