How to cook
Pour the mixture into a rectangular tray with baking paper and bake until ready in a moderate oven.
Remove the layer from the tray onto a towel and roll it up using the towel. Leave it to cool.
Then unroll, smear with the beaten and sweetened cream and roll it up again carefully, removing the towel. Decorate the ready chocolate roll with grated or melted chocolate or chocolate sprinkles.
