"A universal fish recipe, which you can use to make a tasty dish out of any fish fillet."

Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2 cups, chopped
  • bay leaf - 1
  • onions - 1 tbsp, grated
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp, peppercorns
  • fish fillet - 31.5 oz (900 g)
  • butter - 3 tbsp (45 g)

How to cook

Boil a tomato sauce from the finely chopped tomatoes, onions, bay leaf and black pepper.

Once the sauce thickens a bit, add the fish fillets and leave them for 5 min. to cook. Flip them over and cook another 5 min.

Take out the fish and distribute it into serving plates. Strain the sauce through a strainer, mix it with the butter and pour it over the fillets.
