- cauliflowers - 1 large head
- garlic - 2 cloves
- oil - 4 tbsp
- black pepper
Place the cauliflower in boiling salted water and boil it until nearly softened. Rip the florets apart.
Fry the finely chopped garlic in the oil, add the cauliflower, black pepper and fry on low heat until softened.
