Ingredients

  • sauerkraut - 17.5 oz (500 g), drained and coarsely chopped
  • cucumbers - 2, salted, diced
  • peppers - 3, marinated, finely chopped
  • pickles - 1, finely diced
  • onions - 1 head, roundly sliced
  • oil - 1 tbsp, corn
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • sugar - 1/8 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • white pepper - to taste

How to cook

Put the sauerkraut, cucumbers, pickles, peppers and onions in a salad bowl.

Add the olive oil and sprinkle with corn oil and the sugar.

Season with salt and white pepper. Toss the salad well and let it sit for about 30 min. Decorate with onions on top.
