How to cook
Boil the potatoes and peel them, mash them and mix them with the flour. Fry mekitsi (oval fritters) from the resulting dough in hot oil.
Smear each mekitsa evenly with cottage cheese, sprinkle with the yoghurt.
Fold the mekitsi in half, arrange them in an oven dish and put them in an oven briefly to heat up.
