Soak the raisins in the wine for half an hour. Remove the seeds from the apples and place them atop a buttered tray.
Stuff the openings with the dried raisins, mixed with the lemon zest and sugar.
Add a piece of butter, pour on the wine and bake in a low oven.
On top of the apples you can put an egg white whipped with sugar and then bake in the oven.
