Ingredients

  • peppers - 11 lb (5 kg), fleshy, red
  • vinegar - 4 cups, 6%
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • black pepper - 8 peppercorns
  • oil - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • bay leaf - several
  • salt - 4/5 cup (200 g)

Preparation

Prepare a marinade from the products, put it to boil in a deep pot.

Wash the peppers and pierce them all over. Drop them in several at a time in the boiling marinade for 1 min.
