Ingredients

  • vienna sausages - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), can use smoked cheese
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • savory

Preparation

Make a cut with a knife lengthwise along the Vienna sausages.

In the cuts, place thin slices of cheese or smoked cheese.

Sprinkle with spices - black pepper and paprika, as well as savory. If desired, you can also add another suitable spice of your choice.

Stick toothpicks in 1-2 spots to keep the filling from spilling out during baking.

Arrange the sausages in a tray and put a piece of butter on top of each. Bake them and serve them warm with a salad as garnish.
