Roasted Wieners with Cheese
- vienna sausages - 10.5 oz (300 g)
- cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), can use smoked cheese
- butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
- black pepper
Make a cut with a knife lengthwise along the Vienna sausages.
In the cuts, place thin slices of cheese or smoked cheese.
Sprinkle with spices - black pepper and paprika, as well as savory. If desired, you can also add another suitable spice of your choice.
Stick toothpicks in 1-2 spots to keep the filling from spilling out during baking.
