"You coming over or should I eat these tortillas by myself?"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 14 oz (400 g), peeled
  • olive oil - 1/3 cup (75 ml)
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 cloves, crushed
  • eggs - 6
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to cook

Cut the potatoes into very thin slices with a sharp knife and grate the onion.

Dry the potatoes atop paper towels and fry them on a medium stove in heated olive oil, while also adding in the onions and garlic. Cook about 15-20 min, until the onion caramelizes.

Beat the eggs with salt and black pepper. Add the cooled potatoes and let the mixture sit for 15-20 min.

Smear 3″ (7 cm) tortilla bowls with olive oil and distribute the mixture. Bake about 12-15 min. in a 360°F (180 °C) oven.

You can serve the tortillas right in the bowls.
