Ingredients

  • hazelnuts - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • powdered sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • eggs - 1 yolk + 2 whites, beaten to foam
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • corn flour - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)

How to cook

Roast the hazelnuts and remove any shells. Crush them.

In a water bath, melt the chocolate with the powdered sugar, butter, add the baking powder and hazelnuts, 3 tbsp water and the flour.

Stir the mixture well and add the egg yolk and whites. Pour the mixture into an oiled oven dish and bake until ready.
