How to cook
To prepare the special spice for the chicken legs, bake the almonds and seeds in a dry, heated pan for 30 sec, while stirring.
Then crush them in a mortar and pestle with a little salt and pepper and mix them with the breadcrumbs.
Put them to bake for about 15-20 min. in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven until golden.
