Soak the beans overnight. Drain them and boil them in salted water until softened.

Next, add the carrots, onions and celery, that have been finely chopped and sauteed in oil.

Toward the end of boiling, add the chopped bacon, chili peppers and spearmint.

Sprinkle the ready soup with chopped parsley.
