Ingredients

  • flour - 1 1/2 cups (370 g)
  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g), fresh
  • eggs - 5
  • powdered sugar - 4/5 cup (170 g)
  • marmalade - of your choice

How to cook

Knead a dough from the butter, sugar, eggs and flour.

Using a pastry bag with a straight nozzle, form circular biscuits in a buttered tray. Bake them in a moderate oven.

Once they cool, stick them in pairs with marmalade.
