  • grapes - 2 bunches, green, large grapes
  • water - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • sugar - 2 1/2 cups
  • citric acid - 1/2 tsp

How to cook

Remove the grapes from the cluster, wash them well, stick a toothpick in each grape.

Put the sugar and citric acid in a suitable container. Once it comes to a boil, leave on the fire for about 15 min.

Dip the grapes 1 by 1 in the syrup. Serve them in a buttered plate.
