Kyopolou with Dairy Sauce - Appetizer
- kyopolou - 2 jars of 1 1/2 cups (360 g), relish of garlic, roasted eggplants, tomatoes and peppers
- cottage cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
- mayonnaise - 1/2 a jar
- yoghurt - 1/2 cup
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- savory - 1 pinch
- garlic - 2 - 3 cloves or 2 bunches fresh
- parsley - for decoration
- olives - for decoration
In a suitable container, combine the kyopolou with the cottage cheese, yoghurt and mayonnaise.
Add the spices and crushed garlic. Pour into plates and decorate with several olives and a bunch of parsley.
This is suitable for homemade brandy or as an appetizer to smear on bread slices.
