  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • compote - 1 jar of your choice
  • flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 3
  • baking powder - 1 packet


Melt the butter. Pour it along the bottom of the tray in which you intend to bake the cake and arrange the drained fruits from the compote.

Beat the eggs and sugar into a fluffy cream. To them, add the flour that's been mixed with the baking powder.

Stir the mixture lightly and pour it onto the arranged fruits. Bake the cake in a moderately heated oven until reddened.
