Then while beating nonstop, start adding 1 tablespoon of the powdered sugar at a time until you get beautiful, shiny tips. And the brown sugar and continue beating.
Using a spoon, pour the meringues into a large oven dish containing baking paper and put them to dry for about 3 hours in the oven. Serve them once cool.
