How to cook
Heat the oven to 356°F (180°C). Combine both types of cheeses. Sprinkle with black pepper and stir well.
Prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients for it. Then knead it and divide it into 2 parts, roll them out thinly.
Distribute the stuffing on the first and press the second one on top. Pinch the edges together with your fingers.
Smear the calzone with olive oil and bake in the oven until ready.
