Cut the meat into 1" pieces and mix with all of the ingredients except the mint. Stir, cover the dish with foil and let it marinate overnight.
The next day, stick the meat onto skewers and grill, turning them over several times.
Combine the ingredients for the dip and season with salt and pepper. Serve the skewers right away, sprinkled with mint. In a separate plate, serve the dip and bread.
