How to cook
Lightly whip the egg white, then beat it with the milk along with the powdered garlic/salt mixture and the paprika.
Separately, beat the dry ingredients - the flour, cayenne pepper, black pepper.
Dip each shrimp first in the milk mixture, then in the flour. Heat the oil to 356°F (180°C) and drop the shrimp in to fry.
Take them out with a slotted spoon onto a cooking grid with baking paper under it.
