Beat the sweetened condensed milk with the butter, sugar, caramel syrup or honey in a bowl and put in the microwave for 7 min. on medium.
Stir the mixture every 2 min. Add the crumbled chocolate to it and the vanilla. After 30 seconds have passed, stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the blend into a small rectangular or square form, covered with baking paper, and even it out. Once the fudge cools, cover it and put it in the fridge for 1 hour to cool even more.
Cut into small pieces and serve.
