How to cook
Roast the peppers, peel them and clean out the seeds (but keep them whole). Sprinkle them with salt, olive oil and vinegar.
Peel the cucumber and cut it finely, mix the pieces with the chopped dill and salt.
Fill the peppers with this stuffing. Put the kyopolou in the middle of a plate.
Around it, arrange the stuffed peppers. Finally, decorate with tomato slices. Upon serving, sprinkle the salad with olive oil and vinegar.
