How to cook
First, beat the eggs very well with a mixer. Beat until they start looking like a cream.
Add the liquid ingredients - the water, milk, then the sugar and salt. Beat and add the flour in lots, which has been sifted beforehand. If necessary, pour in some more water and milk. Let the mixture sit for half an hour.
Heat drops of oil in a nonstick pan with a 8″ (20 cm) diameter. Pour in small ladles of the mixture and fry the pancakes on both sides.
