Clean the mushrooms and remove their stems. Arrange them in an oiled oven dish. Cut the bacon finely and fry it. In the grease from the bacon, fry the finely chopped stems.

Take them off the stove and add the black pepper and cream. Fill the mushrooms with this mixture.

Grate the blue cheese on top, put some butter on.

Bake the mushrooms in a preheated oven for 15-20 min. Serve 3 mushrooms per serving.
