Winter Breakfast with Old Bread
- bread - 4 - 5 slices, white, old
- butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
- sausages - 9 oz (250 g), boiled
- yoghurt - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
- tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g), canned
- parsley - 1/2 bunch
- black pepper - 1/3 tsp
- salt - to taste
Smear an oven dish with a small portion of the butter and arrange the dried slices of bread on the bottom, packed tightly.
Pour on the remaining melted butter on top.
Then begin arranging in order: sausages cut into small pieces, salt, black pepper, sprinkle the finely chopped parsley, pour on the beaten yoghurt and arrange the finely chopped tomatoes at the very top.
Bake this breakfast in a moderate oven for about 30 min.
