Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4, boiled
  • eggs - 4, boiled
  • cream - 1 cup
  • pickles - 4
  • lemon juice - of 1 lemon
  • parsley
  • salt

How to cook

Cut the potatoes and pickles into thin pieces, and the egg whites into strips.

Mash the egg yolks with a fork, add the lemon juice and cream, salt and stir.

Pour half of the mixture over the potatoes, stir and make it presentable. Pour on the remaining sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
