How to cook
Form veal steaks from the legs or buy them ready-made. Tenderize them carefully with a wooden mallet and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika.
Dip each steak in flour and put it to fry in a nonstick pan with heated oil. You can pour on a little wine during frying.
Pour lemon juice over the prepared steaks and serve with mashed potatoes or a salad of your choice.
