How to cook
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into elongated pieces. Combine them in a plastic bag with all of the spices and salt to taste, close the bag and shake well.
Heat the oil in a wide and shallow container on the stove and put them to fry. After they catch a light crisp, take them out with a slotted spoon into a tray, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour on melted butter and put them to bake in an oven until ready.
