- zucchini - 2, sliced thick
- tomatoes - 2, cut in halves
- onions - 2 heads, cut in halves
- eggplants - 2, sliced thick
- olive oil - 6 tbsp
- lemons - 3 tbsp, juice
- salt - to taste
- black pepper - to taste
Arrange the vegetables in a grill pan and grill for about 8 min. Combine the olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Pour this sauce over the veggies.
