Ingredients

  • champignons - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • eggs - 1
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • oil - for frying

Preparation

Clean the mushrooms, cut off the stems. Wash the mushrooms and boil them in a little water. Drain and dry them.

Make a crumbing from the flour, add an egg to it and the salt, sugar, milk, oil.

Mix everything well so that there's no lumps. Dip the slightly dried mushrooms in the crumbing and fry in heated oil.
