How to cook
Cut the baguette into slices, about 1/4″ (0.5 cm) thick. Arrange them in a wide tray next to each other, pour on some olive oil and sprinkle salt and mixed spices.
Flip them over and repeat the procedure on the other side.
Put them to bake to a crisp in a preheated to about 428°F (220°C) oven.
You can garnish the prepared bruschetta on top with various stuffings and dips, as well as with finely chopped and seasoned vegetables.
