Grate the rind of the lemon and orange, squeeze out the juice.

Put the rinds in a pot and pour on 2 tbsp of rum. Heat on a medium stove. Flambé and after 10 seconds, pour on the juice from the fruits.

Add the remaining rum and heat the mixture slightly. Distribute it into cups and sprinkle with black pepper.
