Soak the gelatin in cold water for 7 min. and after it swells, drain it.
Pour boiling water over the coffee, add the sugar and gelatin and heat until the sugar fully dissolves.
Remove from the stove and let cool. Add the whiskey. Distribute the mixture into cups, filling them 2/3 of the way.
Leave in the fridge to set. Whip the cream and spray it on top of the jellies.
