Crumble the chocolate and melt it along with the butter in a water bath.
Beat 2 eggs and 3 egg yolks into foam with the sugar. Add the chocolate, flour and salt and stir everything.
Pour the dough into oiled muffin cups and bake for 10 min. at 392°F (200°C).
The dough bakes on the outside, while the inside remains liquid. Serve them hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
