How to cook
Melt the chocolate in the water bath. Crumble the cornflakes.
Bake the hazelnuts in a dry pan and then crumble them. Add the finely chopped candied fruits.
Mix everything well and distribute it with a teaspoon on top of baking paper. Leave for one hour in the fridge.
Another option is to smooth out the mixture and pour on the chocolate glazing. After it has stayed in the fridge a little bit, you can cut it into pieces.
