How to cook
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then pour it on top of the air-filled balloon.
Place it in a suitable container (a cup or bowl) and leave it to harden well in the refrigerator (15-20 min).
Once the chocolate hardens, carefully release the air from the balloon. Thus, the resulting shape will be ready for the fruit filling!
Cut up the fruits of your choice, then garnish with cream on top or something else as desired.
It turns out very beautiful and tasty as well!
