Ingredients

  • coffee - 3 tablespoons, soluble
  • oil - 5 tablespoons
  • water - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • baking soda - 1 teaspoon
  • vinegar - 3 drops
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • sour cherries - 7 oz (200 g) (pitted)

Preparation

Mix the coffee with the flour, salt and sugar. In a separate container, combine the oil and water and then pour them into the flour mixture.

Add the baking soda that has been extinguished in the vinegar. Mix and add the sour cherries. Stir carefully and pour it into an oiled and floured form.

Bake 30 min. at 356°F (180 °C).
