Grate the apples on a coarse grater and season them with the sugar and about 1 tbsp cinnamon. Oil a tray and put a phyllo pastry sheet on the bottom.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp oil and pour on some of the apple mix. Sprinkle some oil once again and crumble several phyllo pastry sheets on top.
Then, put oil, apples and crumbled phyllo pastry sheets until out of products. Be sure to finish off with phyllo pastry sheets.
Pour on oil, cut the phyllo pastry into pieces and bake in a moderate oven until ready.
