How to cook
Put the chicken meat in a deep pot, pour in water and boil until it softens. Then take out the chicken cubes and drain them well. Save the broth.
Heat up the broth and put all the remaining spices to boil in it.
Let it simmer 10-15 min, then put the chicken back into the soup. Garnish with fried onions and chopped coriander and serve hot.
