How to cook
Mix the flour with the sugar, salt and baking powder. Add the eggs and mix everything.
In an oiled tray covered with baking paper, distribute the dough. Bake 6 min. at 356°F (180°C).
Heat up the jam in a pot. Remove the layer from the tray, remove the baking paper. Smear it with the hot jam, wrap it into a roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
