Ingredients

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • ginger - 1 pinch, powdered
  • soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  • white wine - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 8 tbsp
  • squid - 14 oz (400 g)
  • dill - 10 bunches
  • lemons - 1

Preparation

Cut the squid into pieces, pour the wine and soya sauce over them, sprinkle them with ginger and sugar and leave them to sit for 2 hours.

Remove them from the marinade, dry and fry them in oil.

Sprinkle them generously with finely chopped dill and serve with lemon slices.
