How to make
Boil a thick syrup from the sugar and water on low heat. Peel the pineapple, cut it into thin, round slices.
Dip each of the slices in the syrup, let them soak well, then take them out and arrange all of them in an oven dish that's been covered with baking paper.
Bake the chips at 338°F (170°C) until golden brown. Serve cooled.
