Ingredients

  • potatoes - 8 - 10
  • bacon - 8 - 10 pieces
  • rosemary
  • oil
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Oil a tray. Make parallel cuts on the washed and cut potatoes but not all the way through, so that the base of the potato remains whole.

Cut the bacon strips and place them in the cuts.

Sprinkle with rosemary and bake the potatoes in a preheated 428°F (220 °C) oven about 40 min. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and serve.
