Peel the potatoes and boil them. While still warm, salt them, add the butter and mash into a puree.
Cut the meat into bites and fry until golden. Add the coarsely chopped mushrooms and once the water boils off with only oil remaining, add the onions that have been cut into crescents.
Saute under a lid until the onions soften and add the chopped peppers. Season with salt and the spices. Pour in the cream and after 5 min, remove from the stove.
In suitable plates, distribute the potato puree all over the bottoms. Pour the pork and vegetables on top and sprinkle with more spices if desired. Serve hot!
