Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them. Add 2 eggs to them, salt. Lay out the mixture in a tray with oiled baking paper and breadcrumbs.
Meanwhile, braise the onions and garlic and once they soften, add the cut into strips roasted peppers. Braise for several minutes and season with salt, black pepper and savory to taste. Pour the resulting mixture over the potato bed.
Arrange cut feta cheese on top and wrap into a roll. Season with breadcrumbs. Bake the resulting roll in a preheated 365°F (185 °C) oven about 30 min.
